Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Our Guiding Philosophy

At Orōs Tābor Advisory, our mission is to provide unparalleled strategic guidance and dedicated support to the veteran community. Our relationship with our clients is built on a foundation of trust, integrity, and a mutual commitment to achieving your transition goals. This policy is designed to clearly and transparently outline the financial principles of our professional engagement. We believe in being upfront and fair, ensuring you understand how your investment in our services is valued.

2. The Nature of Our Services

Orōs Tābor Advisory provides professional consulting, coaching, and advisory services. When you engage our firm, you are purchasing our time, our accumulated expertise, our strategic insights, and the intellectual labor required to develop customized documents and plans. Unlike a physical product, our services are delivered through dialogue, research, analysis, and the creation of intellectual property (such as resumes, business plans, and strategic guidance).

Our fees are therefore structured to compensate for this investment of time and expertise, and are not contingent upon any specific outcome (e.g., a job offer, VA claim approval, or business funding), as stipulated in our Terms of Service.

3. Policy on Completed Services

Once a service has been rendered or a work product has been delivered, the associated fee is non-refundable. The value of the service is considered to have been provided at the time of delivery.

  • Consultation and Coaching Sessions: Fees for any consultation or coaching sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable.

  • Delivered Work Products: Fees associated with any portion of a work product that has been delivered to you for review—including but not limited to initial drafts of resumes, cover letters, business plan sections, or strategic analyses—are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation of Service Packages and Retainers

We understand that circumstances can change. Should you need to cancel an ongoing service package, the following terms apply:

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel your service package at any time by providing written notice to our firm.

  • Calculation of Refund: Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will conduct an accounting of all work performed to date. A pro-rated refund will be issued for the portion of the service fees associated with work that has not yet commenced. The amount refunded will be the total package price minus the itemized cost of all services already rendered.

  • Firm-Initiated Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a service agreement if a client provides false information, engages in inappropriate conduct, or becomes non-responsive for an extended period. In such rare cases, a refund will be calculated based on the same pro-rated principle.

5. Our Commitment to Client Satisfaction: The Revision Process

Your satisfaction with the quality of our work is paramount. While we do not offer monetary refunds for completed work, we are fully committed to ensuring the final product meets your expectations and our high standards of excellence.

  • Requesting a Revision: If you are not satisfied with a delivered work product, you must notify us in writing within 14 calendar days of its delivery.

  • Scope of Revisions: We will work with you through a reasonable number of revisions based on your specific, constructive feedback. The revision process is designed to refine and perfect the delivered work, not to change the fundamental scope or direction of the project after work has begun.

  • Client Responsiveness: The success of the revision process depends on your timely and clear feedback. We expect clients to provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe to keep the project moving forward.

6. Policy on Missed Appointments and Client Delays

Our time is reserved exclusively for you during scheduled appointments.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule a consultation or coaching session.

  • "No-Shows": Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing the required 24-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of the fee for that session.

  • Client Delays: Projects that are delayed for more than 60 days due to a client's failure to provide necessary information or feedback may be considered complete, and any fees paid may be forfeited at our discretion.
