Our fees are an investment in this dedicated, personalized partnership, providing you with a level of focused expertise and strategic guidance that goes far beyond standard document preparation.

We are strategic partners, not just claim preparers. While we offer expert assistance across a range of services, including VA benefits, our primary role is to serve as your comprehensive guide through your entire life transition. We specialize in complex situations that require a holistic strategy encompassing your career, finances, potential business ventures, and family well-being.

We honor and recommend Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs). For veterans seeking assistance with filing an initial VA claim, we honor the vital work of accredited VSOs (like the VFW and DAV) and strongly encourage you to utilize their free services. Our VA Benefits Advocacy service is designed for those who desire a dedicated, private consultant to manage a complex case or to integrate their VA strategy with a broader financial and life plan.

3. Description of Services

Orōs Tābor Advisory provides specialized consulting and coaching services for transitioning military service members, veterans, and their families. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Veteran-to-Entrepreneurship Blueprinting: High-level strategic guidance for validating, planning, and launching a business venture.

  • Financial Wellness and Planning: Personalized, holistic guidance on financial matters relevant to the military transition.

All Services are provided as expert guidance and strategic advice. The scope of our engagement will be defined by the specific service package you select.

4. Client Obligations and Conduct

As a client, you agree to the following:

  • Provide Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as requested. The quality of our strategic work is directly dependent on the accuracy of the information you provide.

  • Lawful Use: You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only.

  • Confidentiality: You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, methodologies, or documents provided by us for your personal use only.

5. No Guarantees of Outcome

This is a critical component of our professional agreement. Orōs Tābor Advisory is a consulting service providing expert guidance, strategic advice, and professional document preparation. Our fees are for our time, expertise, and the intellectual labor we perform on your behalf, and are not contingent upon the outcome of your endeavors. While we are committed to providing the highest quality of service to maximize your potential for success, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

Specifically, you understand and agree that:

  • No Job Guarantee: We do not guarantee employment. Our service is to prepare you as a top-tier candidate; the ultimate hiring decision rests with the employer.

  • No VA Claim Guarantee: We do not guarantee the approval of any VA benefits claim or a specific disability rating. The final decision rests solely with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

  • No Business Success or Funding Guarantee: We do not guarantee that your business will be successful, profitable, or receive funding. Market forces and execution determine the ultimate success of a venture.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided to you, including written content, resume templates, and strategic frameworks, are the intellectual property of Orōs Tābor Advisory, for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without our express written consent. Any materials you provide to us remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orōs Tābor Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, resulting from your access to or use of our Services. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the Services during the term of our engagement.

8. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and sensitive information, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination of Services

  • By You: You may terminate your use of our Services at any time. As detailed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, any fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable.

  • By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our Services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in inappropriate conduct.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in Virginia, in accordance with the rules of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS").

11. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orōs Tābor Advisory. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
